1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Fynvro OS, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Fynvro OS is a practice management software for UK accounting firms. We provide tools for client management, deadline tracking, document management, Xero integration, and AI-assisted workflows.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • You must ensure your client data is accurate and lawfully processed

4. Payment Terms

Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fynvro OS is provided “as is.” You remain responsible for your regulatory obligations.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 90 days.
